Students produce final Short Film Productions for Graduation!

Summer marks the final semester for our advanced film program students. As part of their capstone requirements, they pitch, write, cast and produce their own short films, Our students collaborate week after week, leading or participating in multiple productions of theirs throughout the summer. 

Some of this years shorts included a dark comedy, a utopian 1960s universe with Latin American cultures, and a drama bringing awareness to brain disorders.

Students get to apply their skills from courses, workshops as well as short and long form industry partnership productions. They also receive a budget to help produce the films, which includes funds raise during their annual film celebration event.  Check some behind the scenes photos of their work below!
